Senior Quality Specialist – FlatironDragados Are you passionate about ensuring excellence and compliance in every detail? As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards by conducting thorough quality inspections and witness tests. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to uphold contract specifications and make a tangible impact on our projects. Responsibilities Identify risks and discrepancies at the project site during daily site walks, documenting findings, evaluations, and inspections using company‑prescribed procedures and software. Assist with protocols, qualifications, and prescribed validation procedures and documentation. Perform system verifications on completed systems to ensure correct installation per contract design specifications. Document, analyze, and report environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies. Support impact assessments to identify, assess, and reduce the organization’s environmental risks and financial costs, following the direction of the environmental team and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma preferred. 6+ years of related experience preferred. ACI or Canadian equivalent certification required. Experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance preferred. Proven subject matter expert in testing, inspection processes and construction procedures. Leadership and mentoring ability and ownership. Strong organization and communication skills. Willingness and ability to learn and grow in environmental monitoring, technical writing and documentation. Benefits Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program.
