Provides recommendations on preferred vendor.Prepares cost estimates for assigned projects.Determines and prepares resource requirements.Creates schedules and monitors progress against timelines.Develops and maintains effective relationships with vendors. Monitors work progress to ensure completion.Ensures assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements.Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
