Job Description

ADGA is looking for a Configuration Management Specialist to provide the services of a subject matter expert (SME), supporting all Configuration Management requirements for our client.

  • Configuration Identification: Identify and document the configuration items (CIs) that make up the LISRM project such as determining what needs to be controlled and managed such as hardware, software, documentation, and other components.
  • Change Management: Oversee the process of managing changes to the configuration items. li>
  • Configuration Status Accounting: Maintain accurate records and documentation of the status and history of CIs throughout their lifecycle to ensure that all project stakeholders have current and reliable information about the CIs.
  • Consultants – need to be registered with the Controlled Goods Program, and Employees will have it processed by ADGA.
  • Must have a College Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or suitable engineering or technical field or an undergraduate level University Degree in any discipline.
Preparing Configuration Management plans and procedures.Defining configuration management tools and techniques.Defining configuration identification requirements.Establishing and maintaining a configuration management control process.Managing a configuration data management cell.Establishing configuration audit procedures.Configuration status accounting.Release planning.Identifying configuration management requirements in SOWs, Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions.
