Job Summary:Amazon is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the brands voice, crafting compelling stories, and developing content strategies that engage our diverse audience across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, an understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to create effective and scalable content strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment where creativity meets data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with Amazons brand, marketing goals, and customer needs.Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, product listings, and video content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and SEO to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging.Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant delivery of all content materials.Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform content creation and optimization.Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it reaches the right audience and drives traffic and conversions.Oversee content performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to continually improve content effectiveness.Lead content projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and audience preferences.Stay up to date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Proven experience as a content strategist, content writer, or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce or technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and web traffic analytics.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing platforms.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to assess content performance.Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.Proven track record of creating and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.Experience with content optimization for SEO and performance tracking.Working Hours:Full-time position.Flexible working hours, with occasional collaboration with global teams across different time zones.Hybrid work model (option to work remotely or from Amazons offices).Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.Deep understanding of user behavior, content consumption patterns, and engagement metrics.Creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions and unique content approaches.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Paid time off, including vacation, sick days, and holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Employee discounts on Amazon products and services.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a leading global company.Access to Amazons wellness programs and employee assistance programs.Why Join Amazon?At Amazon, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and inclusivity.
