We are seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Customer Service / Order Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately processing customer orders, providing exceptional service, and supporting sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and process customer orders into the order management system Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve inquiries promptly Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and order histories Assist with handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to management Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and internal teams Support invoice and billing processes by ensuring accuracy of orders and shipments Prepare and distribute daily order reports for management review Maintain organized filing and documentation of customer correspondence and orders Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and order processing efficiency Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or order entry roles, preferably in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with order management or CRM software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus If this job sounds like you, apply for this position to join our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
