The Reliability Engineer's primary focus is to determine the reliability of the Ferrero Brantford Plant components, equipment and processes to reduce technical downtime. In this role you will guarantee equipment and machinery value safeguard, perform component breakdown analysis/root causes underlying reasons for such potential issues. You will also perform assets and component ABC analysis, create statistical analysis, charts, drawings. Updating, cascading, and consolidating Ferrero group Maintenance policies. b>

  1. Provides economic and quantitative impacts on maintenance budget due to new or updated maintenance policies, together with Maintenance Manager.
  2. Managing for maintenance the IAS code for the investments in order to ensure the proper asset depreciation.
  3. Collaboration with Finance on the investment assets management.
  4. Defines guidelines for maintenance policies (frequency of tasks, etc.) li>
  5. Collects and analyses, in collaboration with Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Manager, the equipment’s performance and failure data.
  6. Accountable for ensuring the updating, sharing, classifying and storage (also digital archive) of machine books, manuals, technical documentation, and technical drawings.
  7. Supports the Maintenance Coordinator in planning the maintenance (preventative and predictive), providing information related to maintenance policies updating (ex: PM frequency) and/or new policies.
New Projects Management:
  1. FPM- FOX WAVE 2 Leader – Coordinates all the FOX2 activities – Workshop’s -Action plan follow-up.
  2. OEE – Deployment and technical analysis of the OEE factory-wise.
  3. Creating with the support of the Reliability Manager new standards -providing the maintenance team the information related to new maintenance policies updating (ex: PM frequency)- BOM – ABC analysis - data analysis methods -Group KPI’S.
  4. Supporting the deployments of the new maintenance tools – new software’s.
  5. SAP PM - Mobile system integration.
  6. SAP PM new technical structure implementation.
  7. PdM data (vibration sensor, oil samples, thermal images) analysis and progressive implementation according to FOX Wave 2 – FPM / ABC analysis.
Quality and Food Safety:

Guarantees equipment and machinery value safeguard, perform component breakdown analysis/root causes underlying reasons for such potential issues.

Who we are looking for:

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  2. Strong technical background in Maintenance and Engineering.
  3. Flexible to accept and prioritize multiple challenges and quick change in priorities.
  4. Proven hands-on problem solving and project management skills.
  5. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant food safety and environment regulations is an asset.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
