SMT Inspector/Repairer – 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the parts and the location are installed on the board as per the BOM.
  2. Solder and repair/rework SMT components.
  3. Meet manufacturing and quality targets.
  4. Comply with all Tech Digital Policies and Procedures.
  5. Maintain cleanliness of the workplace.
  6. Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 graduate.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in hand soldering and assembly.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
  4. Able to read drawings, values, and correct polarity of Surface Mount components.
  5. General knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
  6. Experience working in a production environment or with similar equipment.
