Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the management and maintenance of residential, multi-residential, and commercial properties across Canada. The Property Manager will coordinate work requests, handle repair services, manage tenant relations, and ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Oversee property management services for an assigned portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, homeowners, tenants, field inspectors, and service providers.
Maintain up-to-date records in internal and external property management systems.
Review property reports, assess findings, and provide recommendations to clients.
Manage lease agreements, rental processes, credit checks, and tenant renewals.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and inspections, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
Manage contractor and service provider relationships, ensuring compliance with certifications, insurance, and safety regulations.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in property management.
~3-5 years of experience in property or facilities management.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management software (Yardi experience is an asset).
~ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the property management team.
