Knowledge of life insurance and/or investment industry is not required but is an added bonus.If you are creative, proactive, detail‑oriented, have great communication skills, and a drive for delivering an exceptional client experience, then we want to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a social media content calendarFamiliarity with Google Ads and Meta Advertising an assetDevelop and manage email campaignsCoordinate marketing efforts to align with Head Office campaignsCreative content creation: Create engaging and interactive social media posts while following complianceVideo creation and editingCreate internal and external marketing materialsCoordinate and execute the purchase and delivery of client gifts to maintain and enhance relationships and client satisfactionPlan, coordinate, and execute client events to enhance client experiences and generate leads, and follow up with leadsMaintain a record of client interactions via CRMProfessionally respond & assist clients who inquire via phone call and/or e‑mailPerform general office duties such as email, mail, scanning, filing, supply maintenance, and computer updatesPrepare monthly reportsOther duties as assignedIdeal CandidateExperience in marketing or event planning, post‑secondary education or equivalent combination of experience and educationStrong project management skills with prioritization and anticipation of needsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPatient and composed under pressureStrong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, internet usage, and contact management systemStrong knowledge of social media, technology systems, and other applicationsApply with a cover letter and resume by Nov 7, 2025.
