Job Summary Field Service Technician will execute field service activities at customer sites, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and equipment conditions, performing preventive maintenance, managing parts inventory, and identifying and remedying safety issues. The role interfaces directly with customers and may work at multiple sites and technologies. Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture. Take care of company property. Demonstrate high-impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment. Function effectively in a team environment. Work independently when needed. Requirements Some travel required. 20%-80% travel depending on division & location. Driving Requirements Driver Application for Employment. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Driver Disclosure and Release. Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement. FMCSA Certificate of Awareness. Driver Certificate of Violations. Copy of Medical Certificate. Education & Experience Requirements HS diploma or equivalent. Experience Requirements Clean driving record. Preferred work experience. 0-2 years technical work experience (1 year preferred). Skill Requirements Electrical, mechanical, or related experience depending on business unit. Work without direct supervision. Technically sound. Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices. Customer service experience. Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability. Synthesize technical information and communicate clearly.
