Business Analysis Specialist (Salesforce) Join Scotiabank as a Business Analysis Specialist (Salesforce) in an inclusive, high‑performing culture. In this role you will Lead backlog refinement, execution and delivery with Technology Delivery and Product partners, ensuring effective story grooming, UAT planning, technical and business knowledge, and stakeholder management. Facilitate offer lifecycle management and GTM requirements gathering, creating use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams, and process flows. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats. Improve systems by analyzing current practices, designing modifications, writing improved procedures, and recommending controls. Monitor project progress, track activity, resolve problems, publish progress reports, and recommend actions. Maintain system protocols through procedure writing and updates. Direct day‑to‑day activities in alignment with risk culture, risk appetite, and compliance, communicating expectations throughout the team. Create an environment that promotes efficient operations and robust controls to meet risk and compliance obligations. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise organizations (FI preferred) with a focus on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. 1‑2+ years of experience planning and analyzing business requirements for system changes and enhancements. Strong cross‑functional collaboration with end‑users. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to interact with technical peers and stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent work abilities. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is a plus; experience with personalization/digital/GTM/offers is a plus.
