Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing both administrative and medical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. This role involves budget management, staff supervision, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic’s budget
  • Take inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
  • Hire, train, and supervise new employees
  • Create and update clinic policies and procedures, ensuring staff awareness and adherence
  • Conduct routine performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations
  • Update and maintain patient medical records accurately and confidentially

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in medical record-keeping and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
