Location:   Stratford location 

 Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Client Services Assistant to the Sr. Financial Advisor to join our team. The Client Services Assistant will help  by providing administrative and operational support as instructed by the Sr. Financial Advisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer and respond to client requests via phone, emails or on Univeris software
  • Schedule appointments and prepare daily account paperwork
  • Process transactions/trades in a timely manner and track daily to ensure completion
  • Process all aspects of account openings, updates, and transfers
  • Organize and maintain the digital filing system
  • Handle all client requests and paperwork for tax season
  • Update the client data base and generate report
  • Generate the GIC maturity list.
  • Generate Report for KYC Expiry and Non-Suitable Clients reports
  • Generate and maintain clients lists with RRSPs
  • Track short- and long-term projects and deadlines
  • Work with a high level of confidentiality at all times
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Mutual Funds License (preferred)
  • Completed all required AML/Compliance training and CE credits
  • Min. 2-5 years of experience in a financial administrative role (or with an Advisor
  • Experience with Univeris software
  • Strong digital literacy and research skills, with the ability to discern the reliability of information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other standard office platforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in data management and entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal finesse, with a professional demeanor and excellent office and phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Detail oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
