City of Cold Lake, Canada Precision Well Servicing Full time

Precision Well Servicing is currently hiring a Rentals Equipment Administrator to join our team at ourCold Lake facility.

The Rentals Equipment Administrator is an office based administrative role that assists with the tracking of equipment, creating PO's, and updating various databases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing rig inventory reports, material transfers, updating the SAP system to reflect current location, status and condition of PWS inventories
  • Auditing reports for missing or surplus equipment, and doing necessary research and updates to correct these errors
  • Generating, and formatting equipment lists from SAP to Excel, for distribution to various individuals and departments as needed
  • Work closely with Field Superintendents, Rig Managers and other PWS personnel to resolve equipment tracking issues
  • Filing certifications, rig inspections, create new files
  • Maintaining accurate inventory of equipment in various business locations
  • Maintaining daily accurate yard inventories
  • Scanning of equipment certifications and linking to SAP equipment records
  • Providing copies of certifications as needed, to field and operations personnel
  • Troubleshooting existing and potential equipment problems
  • Assist with getting workorders signed by customers and creating new workorders
  • Creating purchase orders and assisting with receiving items
  • Various projects as assigned by Manager

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft excel and word, SAP an asset
  • Some knowledge of oilfield equipment
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Previous 2 years office experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Ability to problem solve, analyze and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
