LA MISSION
Rejoignez notre équipe de Montréal en tant que Media Buyer dans le secteur des études de marché. Votre mission consistera à soutenir notre équipe de Social Media Supply dans la gestion des campagnes numériques visant à recruter des répondants pour nos clients.
Rattaché(e) à notre Media Buying & Creative Manager, vous collaborez à l'exécution de campagnes payantes B2B et B2C ciblant divers secteurs, y compris l'automobile, l'alimentation et les boissons, le secteur public, les biens de consommation, et bien d'autres encore
Votre mission? Développer et optimiser des campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux pour recruter des répondants de haute qualité pour nos études. Vous travaillerez avec des audiences hyper-ciblées, perfectionnant vos compétences pour devenir un expert en achat média dans des marchés spécialisés.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
Votre équipe: Vous collaborerez avec une équipe diversifiée de stratèges, de graphistes et d'acheteurs médias, chacun apportant des compétences, des expériences et une expertise unique.
VOTRE QUOTIDIEN
• Développer et mettre en place des stratégies de médias payants sur des plateformes telles que Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn et Snapchat pour cibler des répondants pour des sondages dans le monde entier.
• Gestion intégrale des campagnes payantes, suivi de leur progression et identification proactive des pistes d’amélioration.
• Gérer activement les budgets et les marges des campagnes pour assurer des performances optimales.
• Surveiller, analyser et s’assurer du succès des campagnes et des enseignements clés pour une optimisation en continu.
• Diriger et participer à des initiatives visant à la croissance du département et entreprendre des projets annexes qui contribuent au succès global.
• Explorer de nouvelles initiatives et tests pour affiner votre expertise en médias sociaux et rester à la pointe de l'industrie.
LES QUALITÉS REQUISES
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des médias payants, de préférence au sein d'une agence.
• Connaissances avancées de Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager et Snapchat Ads Manager. La connaissance d'autres plateformes telles que X (anciennement Twitter), Reddit, la publicité native et la publicité programmatique est un plus.
• Capacité avérée à gérer les ressources de manière efficace, y compris la gestion de budgets importants.
• Compétences en test A/B, ciblage d'audience et optimisation de campagnes.
• Très organisé, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets et priorités simultanément.
• Motivé et à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique avec des changements rapides.
• Capacité à respecter des délais serrés de manière constante.
• Solides compétences analytiques pour l'analyse des performances et la production de rapports.

THE MISSION
Join our dynamic Montreal team as a Media Buyer in the market research industry. Your mission will be to support our Social Media Supply team in managing paid campaigns to acquire survey respondents for our end clients. Reporting to our Media Buying & Creative Manager, you will collaborate on executing paid B2B and B2C campaigns targeting various sectors, including automotive, food & beverage, public sector, consumer goods, and more
Your role will involve developing and optimizing social media campaigns to source high-quality respondents for market research studies. You’ll work with hyper-niche audiences, honing your skills to become an expert in media buying within specialized markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your team: You will collaborate with a diverse team of strategists, graphic designers, and media buyers, each bringing unique skills, experiences, and expertise to the table.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
• Develop and implement paid media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat to target survey respondents worldwide.
• Take full ownership of paid campaigns, staying informed on their progress and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Actively manage campaign budgets and margins to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign success and key learnings to continuously optimize results.
• Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at the department’s growth and undertake side projects that contribute to overall success.
• Engage in new initiatives and experimental tests to expand your social media expertise and stay ahead in the industry.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 3-5 years in paid media management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager. Familiarity with additional platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, native advertising, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage resources effectively, including handling large budgets.
• Proficient in A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid changes.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
