CRM Support Administrator

Tasks- Manage and optimize the company's CRM system, ensuring smooth functionality and data accuracy.
- Configure and customize the system to meet user needs and business goals.
- Create and maintain user profiles, managing access permissions.
- Generate insightful reports and analyze data to understand client behavior and trends.
- Provide ongoing training and support to users on CRM functionalities.
- Offer prompt and courteous technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the trading platform, account management, and other features.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide clear solutions.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team members.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Stay current on company products and services.
- 1+ year of experience as a CRM administrator or similar role (required)
- Prior experience in the CFDs/FX/iGaming or a similar industry (essential)
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proven proficiency with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles
- Solid computer literacy and basic troubleshooting abilities
