Summary of Job

The Project Administrator & Domain Name Specialist provides support to the Project Management team, in order to ensure smooth project and departmental operations; while also supporting Trader employees and dealers with issues related to domain name management.

Project Administration:

·Assist project managers with project related tasks (project dashboard setup, website content migration, website crawls, redirects, create callback URL tickets, etc.)

·Pull and format reports from various systems as needed

Domain Name Management:

·Oversee launches of dealer websites

·Overseeing domain name transfer requests.

Troubleshoot domain related issues with dealers, third parties and corporate partners.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Assist project managers with project related tasks (project dashboard setup, website content migration, website crawls, redirects, create callback URL tickets, etc.)

- Oversee launches of dealer websites

Troubleshoot domain related issues

Job Requirements

Please indicate if required (R), preferred (P) or asset (A)

Education, Experience and Technical skills

2 to 5 years of experience in similar role

University degree in business or related field

Experience in project administration.

Proficient in MS Office tools, Project Management software (JIRA), Amazon Web Services Console, Content Management Systems (CMS),Content Delivery Network (CDN)

Experience in a technology company

Domain name setup and management experience

Familiarity with webhosting technologies

Required Soft Skills and Competencies

High attention to detail

Collaborative and willing to pitch in

Flexible

Stay current on the latest technologies and inspire others to do the same

Working Conditions (i.e. office environment, home, travel required)

Office environment

Occasional production support after hours may be required (domains work)
