As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an innovative, strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Marketing and help drive the brand into its next phase of growth.

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing BarBurrito’s comprehensive marketing strategy. As a dynamic and strategic leader, you will oversee the marketing team, directly managing the Marketing Manager and their team of five direct reports. You will drive customer acquisition and brand loyalty through bold marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and strong relationships with both PR and advertising agencies. The role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven strategy to meet business objectives while nurturing an innovative and high-performing marketing team.

Strategic Leadership : Lead and manage the marketing function, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand objectives. Team Management : Oversee the Marketing Manager and their team of five direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
Campaign Development : Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. Manage relationships with PR agencies and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. Drive impactful communications strategies that enhance brand health.
Product Marketing & Innovation : Work closely with culinary and product teams to align new menu items and promotions with marketing strategies. Digital & Social Marketing : Lead the digital marketing strategy, optimizing social media, paid media, SEO, and email campaigns. Stay ahead of emerging trends and continuously refine digital approaches to drive customer engagement.
Market Research & Analytics : Oversee market research efforts to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity. Use data to drive decision-making and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are implemented seamlessly across all channels.
Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI. Franchisee Engagement : Work closely with franchisees to ensure alignment of local marketing efforts with national initiatives and maximize their marketing impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
~10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within the restaurant, retail, or franchise industries.
~ Proven leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
~ Strong experience with PR, advertising agencies, and digital marketing strategies.
~ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
~ Track record of driving impactful marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
~ Understanding of the fast-casual restaurant industry and the ability to drive growth within this segment.
