Job Description:

Our partnered client is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist. This is an integral hire as this role will play an integral part of building marketing campaigns to assure schedules are met for new product launches.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with your executives to understand the Marketing business needs for the parent and subsidiary company. Collaborating with third party vendors to assure delivery of products focused around social media channel strategies designed to grow the online community, increase channel follower base, and overall positive engagement.

We require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition too strong written and oral skills, project coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
Develop market plan and schedule for new product launches
Understanding of inventory levels, sales and trending reports, peaks and low points within product lifecycle to build marketing plans for specific product lines
Developing relationships with third party vendors and suppliers
Review KPI's & reports regarding performance of products and content
Develop and manage the marketing calendar
Oversee content creation by third party content team
Develop email marketing campaigns
Collaboration with external influencers promoting products
Developing promotional campaigns for low performing products

Requirements:
3+ years of marketing experience ideally within the retail or CPG industry
Proven experience with developing marketing plans for product launches
Ability to work hands on in developing process and best practises
Creative and strategic thinker with experience executing content creation, storytelling, media planning and social/digital
Strong understanding of consumers and media consumption habits along with target audiences/consumer profiling and devising strategies that engage, inform and drive the business
Exceptional time management, budgeting and organizational skills
Collaborative and networking skills
An individual who is an energizer and an excellent team player
Equal parts analytical and creative
