Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance our brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Content Creation:

  • Create and manage marketing content across various platforms including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Design promotional materials and advertisements.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and events.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate and manage partnerships and sponsorships.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • MSc in Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Extensive, not less than 5 years of experience in marketing and promotion, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.
    • Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
    • Experience in sales of products or services.
    • Strong background in relationship management and market analysis.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Languages:
    • Professional proficiency in English.
    • Any additional language proficiency is an asset.

Certifications:

  • Relevant marketing certifications are a plus.

Other Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with plumbing, heating and energy markets and regulatory affairs is advantageous but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours.
  • Office environment with occasional travel for meetings and events.
