Responsibilities of the Corporate Tax Attorney
  • Provide specialized legal advice on corporate tax matters.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and compliance strategies.
  • Draft legal documents and submissions related to corporate taxation.
  • Manage and resolve corporate tax disputes with tax authorities.
  • Represent clients before tax courts and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications for the Corporate Tax Attorney Position
  • Law degree and member in good standing of the Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate tax law.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage complex corporate tax cases.

  • Gérer et résoudre les litiges fiscaux des sociétés avec les autorités fiscales.
  • Représenter les clients devant les tribunaux fiscaux et les organismes de réglementation.

Qualifications pour le poste d'Avocat Fiscaliste
