it's a platform for self-expression and personal development. We're helping women dress as beautiful as they move. As our Social Media Manager , you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's storytelling, social media presence and connection with our community.

The Role:
As our Social Media Maven, you'll be responsible for creating, contextualizing, editing, executing, and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Your impact will be felt in several key areas:

  • Content Creation:
    Develop compelling social media content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand's values and aesthetic.
  • Community Engagement:
    Actively engage with our community, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Content Calendar Management:
    Strategically plan and manage the content calendar for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand presence.
  • Content Collaboration:
    Coordinate and collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that resonates with both current and potential customers.
  • Campaign Execution:
    Execute social media campaigns from concept to completion, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Mission-Driven Marketing:
    Infuse our storytelling with purpose, ensuring that our brand's mission resonates authentically with our audience and drives meaningful connections.
  • Data Analysis:
    Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Conduct regular checks to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
  • Trend Spotting:
    Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, keeping our brand at the forefront of innovation.

Your Track Record:

  • Demonstrated experience creating engaging video content for social media platforms from concept to execution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Aptitude for witty and concise writing, and/or strong visual storytelling.
  • Strong ability to light, film, and edit social media content.
  • Passion for fashion, fitness and lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to interpret social media analytics and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media marketing and video content creation.
  • Proficiency on social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetic and skill for storytelling.
