Our start-up tech client is looking for an Email Marketing Manager. This will be a fulltime role and 100% remote.

This role is open to candidates in Ontario and BC.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  1. You will own the entire email marketing framework, including developing nurture campaigns, email sequences, and transactional emails, working with and across a variety of departments including marketing, product, and sales.
  2. You will identify email trends/insights and analyze results to help make informed decisions and program enhancements over time.
  3. You will prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders and strands of work with a willingness to take on additional projects as needed.
You will thrive if you:
  1. Have start-up and SaaS experience.
  2. Have experience working on subscription models and retention campaigns (and have experience 'leveling up' customers).
  3. Have 4+ years of experience working with email marketing tools, most importantly experience using Customer.io.
  4. Are a data-focused individual with strong analytical and reporting skills to be able to make informed decisions and program enhancements over time.
  5. Are self-sufficient and able to make recommendations. You will own email and lifecycle marketing.
