More information is available at www.bgis.com.SUMMARYThe Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing business reports that assist decision-makers in making well-informed business decisions.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure data integrity within information management systems.Compile and maintain large volumes of real estate portfolio data to support reporting, benchmarking, and analysis.Generate and compile data from multiple sources using business intelligence tools.Prepare various reports, including performance and scorecard reports, to aid business communication and decisions.Perform calculations and analysis such as performance reporting, occupancy cost allocation, chargebacks, and budget variance analysis.Perform other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCommunity college diploma or equivalent (e.g., RPA, CET) with 1-3 years of related experience.Data Management skills to process large data sets and extract insights.Knowledge of software tools like Power BI, Access, MS Office, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc., is an asset.Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and technical teams.French language skills are considered an asset.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.Proficiency in relational databases and reporting tools, with a quick learner mindset for new systems.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to learn technical skills quickly and adapt to new industry knowledge.Familiarity with development lifecycle and change management concepts.Knowledge of CRM, D365, PowerApps, PowerAutomate is a plus.Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation: None required.BGIS is an equal opportunity employer.
