Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and reconcile the balance sheet and income accounts of the companies, ensuring the accuracy of the information;
  • Respond to internal requests and those from regulatory and oversight bodies;
  • Actively participate in daily routines and accounting closing processes;
  • Participate in projects;
  • Optimize and simplify accounting processes; and
  • Support internal and external audits.

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree: Accounting (active CRC)
  • Solid knowledge of USGAAP, CPC, and IFRS
  • Intermediate or higher English (frequent contact with service centers in Mexico and Mumbai)
  • Knowledge of the SAP system
  • Skills in digital tools, data visualization, and the use of artificial intelligence

Other Desirable Requirements:

  • Spanish
  • Analytical profile and critical thinking
  • Leadership and effective communication
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo
  • Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
  • Postgraduate degree / MBA is a plus
