Check out the opportunity below. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys working with data, researching trends, and creating clear, polished visuals. You’ll work closely with leadership to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and turn complex information into clear insights that drive action. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves digging into data, and is eager to make an impact on how we grow and scale. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support key decisions Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and simple models to track performance Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitors, and processes Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and help streamline workflows Create clear, polished presentations to communicate findings Document workflows, SOPs, and changes to keep teams aligned Partner with teams to support the rollout of new tools and processes Great Candidates will have: Experience or education in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets High attention to detail and accuracy Experience creating polished presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar) Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Experience in a startup or fast‑paced environment (nice to have) About the Borderless AI team: We’re an early stage company and we love to collaborate in person 5 days a week in our Toronto HQ.
