What you’ll do

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

  • Responsible for retrieving and issuing Lunch Vouchers as requested by other departments
  • Assist with creating space planning drawings in AutoCad and Revit
  • Assist and coordinate interoffice moves
  • Assist with various facility requests
  • Miscellaneous projects as required

What you’ll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Education and/or experience in Facilities Management – preferably a corporate environment
  • Strong Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing; e-mail), and Database experience an asset.
  • Organizational skills including prioritizing and organizing tasks; time management (i.e. completing projects on time; working with short time frames)

Hourly Rate: $18.90 /hour

*This represents the expected pay rate. Starting rates may vary depending on various factors.
