Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale mechanical construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, extensive project management experience, and a willingness to travel full-time to various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the work of project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Quality Assurance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain project integrity.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel full-time across the United States as required by project assignments.
  • Certifications: PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
