Position Summary: The LVN Clinical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing patient care services. Working under the direction of a RN Clinical Supervisor, this role coordinates with and supports the clinical field staff. Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating various aspects of care such as MD orders and patient triage.
  2. Review and approval of supply orders.
  3. Admission logs management.

Qualifications:

  1. Current and unrestricted CA RN License
  2. 1 year of LVN experience in a direct patient care setting
