We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.


Job Description: The Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect is required to have the following skills and experience:


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.


Experience:
  1. Minimum of 10 years experience in IT architecture, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Extensive experience with ServiceNow solution architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
  3. Previous experience in leading and managing complex ServiceNow solution development.
  4. Proven track record of designing and implementing future state architectures.
  5. Strong knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its implementation.
  6. Experience in establishing and managing a Centre of Excellence or Architectural Board.
  7. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Skills:
  1. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web development technologies.
  2. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
  3. Expert skills in Powershell.
  4. Expert skills in Server & Infrastructure technologies.
  5. Experience with Azure, AWS, and cloud providers with ServiceNow.
  6. Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
  7. Familiarity with ServiceNow's licensing model.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.


Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


Certifications:
  1. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  3. Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, ITAM).
  4. Ideal candidates will have one of: Certified Workflow Architect, Certified Technical Architect, or Certified Master Architect.
