Old Toronto, Canada StarFish Medical Full time

As the Program Director, you will step into a unique and pivotal role, leading a multi-million-dollar portfolio of complex medical device development. As the Program Director, you will bring energy, passion, and exceptional skill to help StarFish grow new and existing programs. You will serve as the principal Trusted Advisor to a portfolio of StarFish's customers, leading them to successful business outcomes by assessing their needs and leading the StarFish team in developing and delivering compelling solutions that create real business value.

You effectively and consistently build meaningful trust-based relationships with everyone you work with, from customers to technical teams to suppliers. This skill is crucial in crafting a strategic vision and leading competent teams to accomplish this while navigating the inevitable challenges of innovation, new product development and organization-wide initiatives.

Your people leadership abilities will be fully showcased as you manage a team of direct reports and lead others in the organization through influence to grow and deliver a sizable portfolio of StarFish programs. You will have the accountability and authority to staff your team appropriately to meet revenue and profitability targets.
