Reporting to the Director of Application, this role will is responsible for developing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 custom solutions.  Working closely with the Business users to design, develop,  test, and document solutions that meet business requirements and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Be a major contributor as a techno-functional resource that will move a custom application to Oracle EBS R12.2.

Works collaboratively with the Business to understand system design, function and regulatory requirements.

Map functions of the Custom application to standard features in Oracle Inventory, BOM, Work in Process, Order Management, and Oracle Quality modules.

Design & develop new pages using OA Framework per the approved functional and technical design following coding standards and perform unit testing.

Convert data from Custom application to Oracle using API and DataLoader.

Develop Functional and Technical design documents to meet approved functional requirements.

Personalize and Extend OAF pages

Assess risk and suggest alternate solutions

Perform Functional Setups of Oracle EBS specifically in Inventory, Bills of Materials, Work in Process, Order Management, Pricing and Quality modules.

Develop Oracle Reports using BI Publisher

Modify Oracle Forms to comply with the new requirements.

Develop Interfaces to meet regulatory requirements

Assist in System Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing and Parallel run.  Device a test strategy and design the test scripts accordingly.

Communicate with Manager of all activities, issues and risks

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience:

3+ years of OA Framework development experience with basic understanding of Java.  Must possess skillset to Personalize, Extend and deploy OAF pages.

8+ years of Oracle EBS R11/R12 experience in an Application Development or consulting role.

Experience in Building and modifying Workflow using Workflow Builder.

Skills and Competencies

Functional knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Order Management and Quality Modules is a must.

Advanced knowledge of EBS interfaces and APIs

Expert in Oracle Reports and BI Publisher.

Oracle ADF experience is a plus

Familiar with Oracle AIM methodology (or OUM)

Ability to Register objects in the application via FNDLOAD

Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skill

Good working knowledge of Linux is required.

SQL*Developer or TOAD
