**Position Information**:
The Ottawa Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated business leader to join its team in an exciting opportunity to serve as Manager, Digital Enterprise Business Solutions to improve operational and strategic support of process and business solution delivery.
Reporting to the Director Clinical and Business Systems, the Manager will provide operational and strategic support of Financial, Supply chain and Service business systems and related processes. The Manager will identify, facilitate, and support Digital Solutions needs as they specifically relate to process and/or system support, enhancements, implementations and upgrades necessary to continue to support and advance TOH and its partners.
The Manager will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive innovation and lead a team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the ERP system, Oracle eBusiness, maintaining effective operation and strategic utilization of the system to support the organization's goals and objectives. In parallel, the Manager will develop a collaborative partnership with the Finance and Supply Chain business owners and support them in developing digital strategies and tactics to meet their evolving business needs.
**What you will bring**:
- Undergraduate Degree in a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in a business systems information systems position;
- Minimum three (3) years' experience leading teams;
- Experience overseeing the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of an ERP system in alignment with business requirements;
- Experience leading a team of ERP administrators, developers, and analysts, and providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective operation of the ERP system;
- Extensive knowledge and experience with supporting ERP business systems and users in a production environment;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience managing large teams of information system professionals, external consultants, vendors and end users;
- Experience in the preparation of project business cases, scope and objective documents, budgets, resource capacity planning, project plans and status reports;
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to provide direction to others in managing competing priorities and balancing multiple tasks with often unpredictable and short deadlines;
- Knowledge of testing methods and cycles including quality assurance testing on business systems;
- Knowledge and experience using Applications Implementation Methodologies and Project Management Methodologies;
- Experience developing strategic plans linking technology initiative;
- Experience implementing and leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to optimize business processes and improve decision-making;
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within a team or organization;
- Strong focus on customer service, teamwork and quality;
- Ability to successfully work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
**You will stand out with**:
- Proficiency in English and French oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level);
- Understanding of hospital operations and healthcare industry standards and regulations;
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
- Experience with Oracle eBusiness, Oracle EPM, Oracle Fusion.
