Your area of focus.

The Collision Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the collision repair center, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction. This role includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating repair processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

What gets you up in the morning?

  • Manage daily operations to optimize financial performance across all areas of the collision center
  • Oversee repair workflows to ensure efficiency and timely completion of jobs
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback to the team, setting clear goals and expectations to foster success
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff performance to maintain high standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the repair process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and insurance companies
  • Monitor accounts receivable and manage repair work invoicing and collections
  • Write estimates and coach the estimating team to ensure accurate and efficient job costing
  • Cultivate professional relationships with insurance adjusters and ensure smooth claims processing

You have…

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Centre Manager (or equivalent experience in a leadership role within a collision centre)
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
