Assist lawyers in busy family law boutique;

- Open / close / maintain legal files;

- Prepare drafts of correspondence, financial statements, affidavits, orders, pleadings and other legal documents;

- Assist withother legal administrative duties as needed.
7+ years of family law experience;

- Experience as aLitigation Legal Assistant or Law Clerk would be considered an asset;

- Solid understanding of the Family Law Rules, DivorceMate forms and court procedures (including electronic filing);

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), DivorceMate, Amicus Attorney and;
