Market Vice-President

Overview
As a senior level leader, you will be responsible for the direct sales and service of KM products, solutions and IT services for the Western region in Canada. You will be responsible for all aspects of branch operations in the region, accountable for setting direction, and achieving the total direct revenue and profit goals with full P&L responsibility. In this role, you will incorporate the corporate vision and strategy initiatives for growth, development and alignment in the teams' daily activities.
Responsibilities
Customer Centricity
- Focus on engaging customers, adding value to their business and working together to build opportunities and improve customer experience.
- Supports internal and external customers with the needs of their business.
- Actively listens to engage the team in supporting and building on business opportunities.
- Explore opportunities to provide synchronicities between company offerings and customer needs.
- Become a trusted advisor for key customers to maintain and grow Konica Minolta business, as well as ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interfaces with key customers to maintain and grow KMBS business, as well as ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provides feedback to senior sales management regarding success of established sales plan, as well as to identify areas for potential growth.

- Advocate a culture that fosters a diverse, inclusive and engaged sales team.
- Build a bench of future sales leaders through skills development, training and creation of growth opportunities.
- Concentration on building people through recognizing strengths and areas of opportunity for growth.

- Manages all relevant information to make inclusive and data driven decisions.
- Actively works toward collecting all relevant information in order to make appropriate decision given the circumstances at hand.
- Takes accountability for all market decisions and adjusts as appropriate as new information becomes available.

- Deliver business plan to drive sales objectives and ensure achievement of the Market revenue and profit targets.
- Actions based on the evaluation of information to achieve goals in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate flexibility for making decisions and successful implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years progressive sales leadership experience in this industry or related technology field.
- Proven track record for building successful teams, and strong business acumen.
- This position requires financial acumen combined with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve issues strategically and functionally.
- Strong management practices, such as team building, motivation and coaching are required.
- Works well under pressure.
- Proven ability to directly manage and track performance.
