**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
As the Vice President of Multi-Family, you will be responsible for leading the Multi-Family division. You will be responsible to ensure sufficient Multi-Family site supply, and are also responsible for contributing and supporting the company philosophy, mission and core values.

**Strategic Leadership**
- Actively participate in the Company’s bi-annual Strategic Planning Sessions
- Responsible for preparing annual business plan that align with organizational goals and execute on it
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to streamline business processes, increase effectiveness and efficiency of employees and systems
- Responsible for maintaining and encouraging a high level of morale
- Represent the company in local civic, political and industry activities and generate positive public relations opportunities.

**Growth and Development**
- Responsible to source and evaluate prospective acquisition and development opportunities in accordance with our investment criteria in target markets and communicate the investment merits.
- Responsible for developing budgets of project costs as required for feasibility, financing, and project management purposes and profitability.
- Ensure sufficient multi-family site supply to achieve our growth goals.
- Responsible for leading the development of the site design and land use concept
- Responsible for establishing and adhering to construction timelines; communication key milestones to appropriate team members in office and on site
- Establish working cost estimate
- Supervise “Cost to Complete” budget review
- Study market trends to maximize profits and identify opportunities (Purpose-built rentals, aging in place, Commercial, Condo conversions, other cities, others as needed)
- Analyze competition on a regular basis and develop strategies to compete and capture market share

**Relationship Management**
- Responsible to foster and manage relationships with governing agencies.
- Prepare and present investment materials, including discussion documents, investor presentations, due diligence documentation, and offering materials
- Responsible for developing and fostering key relationships with prospective investors
- Work with consultants and contractors to maintain relationships while minimizing cost impacts due to governmental requirements. Seek ways to work cooperatively to minimize outside costs (I.E., offsite infrastructure improvements)
- Attend internal and external industry meetings and functions

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Extensive construction management or new homebuilding experience is preferred
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities
- Self-motivated and the ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Positively contribute to organizational culture
- Cross collaborate with various stakeholders and demonstrate high integrity
- Ability to build trust and foster working relationships internally and externally
- Ability to lead, mentor and coach members of the team
- Excellent presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $165,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
