Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at Formula Alberta Ltd, located in Stony Plain, AB. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met. Additionally, you will communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Bridge Construction experience is an asset

The job will include:

-Main Contact with Owner/Consultant representation

-Managing material delivery to assist onsite crews

-Reviewing and managing shop drawings and supplier submittals

-Creating and Editing Procedures Perntinat to the project

-Schedule Creation

-Writing and Issuing Purchase Orders

-Creating and Reviewing Progress Payments

-Cash Flow Forecasting

-Working with engineers to create detour plans, Lift plans, or any other pertinent plans to be submitted for the project
