 Forge Recruitment is currently partnered with our client, a leading insurance defence firm in downtown Toronto, in the search of an AB clerk to join their growing practice.

About the Role
 • Prepare Written Briefs, Factums, Affidavits of Record, Pleadings, and perform searches
• Prepare service of court documents and arrange for service of documents with external process servers
• Request cheques, produce billing statements and prepare pre-bills where required;

What You Bring
 • 3+ years of Accident Benefits experience gained from an Insurance Defence practice
• A Law Clerk diploma from an accredited institution
• Knowledgeable in SABS/LAT and the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Knowledge of court forms, procedures, and the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced practice
