Constant is looking for a Production Plant Supervisor to join our dynamic teamThe Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall management of Constant's facilities, production improvements, production support, and special projects.Responsibilities / duties:Lead the effort on continuous improvement in production with the goal of increasing efficiency across the company. Assure the implementation of all change with the close collaboration of the Production Manager.Lead all projects related to production automation improvements in conjunction with the equipment department (filling lines, automated flowmeters, etc)Responsible for wastewater treatmentLeading the safety committee meetings, ensuring the process of continuous safety improvements and in charge of other government regulatory affairs (TDG, etc)Training production team on safety & SIMDUT. Auditing production team for safety on a regular basis.Lead Constant to conform with GMP and ISO standards and perform auditsReview all ideas and suggest ideas for new production equipment, obtain management approvals, help source equipment, launch, train and troubleshoot equipment once purchasedManage toll & storage accounts (Aeromag, Earth Alive, Sel Plus, Novibio, etc)Main contact person for the building and all emergenciesLiaison between production and sales teamsOverseeing min & max reports, back order reports and other production reports to ensure we always have the raw materials we need for our customersQUALIFICATIONSExperience in a production environment (an asset)Experience in supervisory management - 5 yearsAbility to work in a team, positive leadershipExcellent bilingual communication skillsKnowledge of software (Windows, Outlook)WORK ENVIRONMENTBusiness hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.5 paid sick days50/50% health insurance planFree on-site parkingOn-site gymEasy access to public transportationSummer hours and other benefitsType of employment : Full TimeSchedule: • Day Shift • Monday to Friday • No Week-endSpoken language : • French et english (required)(We require a French and English speaking Production Supervisor to work effectively with our bilingual staff in Quebec.)Salary according to experienceIf you're an ambitious individual with the drive to achieve your goals, bring your talents and passions to Contant International Inc. and success will be yours.We appreciate the interest shown by all candidates, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.University degree an assetMinimum of 5 years experience in personnel management and minimum of 3 years in human resources and purchasingFluently bilingual in English and FrenchCustomer service approach is importantMust be able to manage multiple tasksAbility to handle difficult situationsGood computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)Knowledge of Sage 300 (ACCPAC) is an assetMust be willing to work from our LaSalle office
