Provide technical training and support to operators and maintenance personnel. - Innovation:
Research and implement new technologies and methods to improve production processes.
- Degree:
University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related discipline. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in production engineering or project management in an industrial environment. - Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of production systems, maintenance techniques, and data analysis tools. - Communication Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Problem Solving:
Demonstrated ability to identify problems, propose creative solutions, and implement corrective actions.
