Job Description

In your role, you will:

  1. Plan, execute, and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.
  2. Manage costs and schedule to ensure projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of customers.
  3. Establish and understand the needs and priorities of internal customers.
  4. Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels within the organization.
  5. Identify and proactively mitigate risks.
  6. Coordinate various resources involved in the development and execution of projects.
  7. Enforce internal safety rules on sites.
  8. Solve technical issues using a sustainable approach.
  9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
Ideal Candidate

As our ideal candidate, you:

  • Have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction, Industrial) and/or technical.
  • Have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector.
  • Possess best practices in project management.
  • Are able to work under pressure and meet commitments.
  • Are bilingual and demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution.
  • Have initiative, concern for a job well done, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
