Votre rôle :
- Aligner l’organisation du travail et l’optimisation des processus avec les objectifs stratégiques identifiés;
- Animer des sessions de travail visant à développer, mesurer et documenter les processus actuels et cibles;
- Analyser les processus d’affaires afin d’identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et des gains d’efficacité en utilisant les méthodes du Lean Six Sigma;
- Élaborer, schématiser et documenter les processus d’affaires actuels et cibles de l’initiative attitrée;
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies en matière de gestion et récupération des bénéfices;
- Réaliser des analyses d’impact des changements identifiés sur les parties prenantes.
Profil recherché :
- Démontrer que la ressource cumule cinq années d’expérience comme conseiller en optimisation des processus d’affaires;
- Un mandat dans une organisation d'au moins 500 employés;
- Avoir conseillé sur l’optimisation des processus d’affaires en utilisant la méthode Lean Six Sigma dans trois projets dont la durée minimale est d’un an chacun;
- Cumuler trois années d’expérience dans la schématisation de processus d’affaires en utilisant le formalisme BPMN
