The Team

The Global Banking and Markets Engineering is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sr. Manager Business Analysis (Derivatives Technology) to manage major multi-disciplinary projects to implement solutions to business needs, providing ongoing support to all assigned units globally. The incumbent will be expected to manage direct reports in the future and also work collaboratively with other teams to deliver new functions to the business.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Independently resolve highly complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs of our Rates Derivatives Business, by applying advanced financial and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects to implement solutions to business problems, including planning, securing, and scheduling resources, defining business requirements and processes, and developing detailed project plans.
  • Provide business support to all units globally, including new and existing products and deal structuring, user training, and designing and implementing systems enhancements.
  • Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of our business strategies and policies, risk management practices, product offerings, financial markets, and technology.
  • Effectively manage and supervise business analysis staff by setting performance expectations, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 8 years of hands-on requirement gathering/business analysis experience.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team of business analysts.
  • Prior experience working on financial instruments, including OTC derivative products.
  • Solid understanding of current EDP practices and system development techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
