Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and develop programs to gain new customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to upsell products to customers.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure all customer issues are addressed.
- Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and avoid stockouts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics and operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving operational goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and drive results.
