Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Stage Experience Manager, Stores to join our team at Sephora USA, Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services, including beauty classes, workshops, and events, to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of beauty advisors, senior artistry, and skincare professionals to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet the needs of the store and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality.
