We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager for our client in the consulting industry. The role involves ensuring the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects, meeting agreed-upon KPIs such as revenue, cost control, engagement margin, and customer satisfaction.

The Key Accountabilities of The Role Include:

  1. Managing project financials including P&L
  2. Grow book of business
  3. Collaboration with Client to set direction for data transformation projects to meet their Goals and Objectives
  4. Work with delivery organization to turn business ideas into actionable innovations
  5. Preparing project proposals according to corporate procedures
  6. Ensuring compliance of IT solutions with Clients' business needs
  7. Managing relationship with Clients
  8. Active involvement in developing follow up business
  9. Contributing to internal community by defining the standards (technology and process related), best practices, lessons learned etc.
  10. Managing project teams
  11. Mentoring and encouraging skill development of project team members
  12. Providing detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Min 10 years of technical delivery management experience in the technical professional services industry
  2. Proven skill and track record in delivery of large-scale software development projects and services in Agile, DevOps frameworks
  3. Technical understanding of Azure Analytics technology stack
  4. Strong leadership and ownership
  5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
  6. Excellent command of English
  7. Experience in working with Clients, strong focus on Client satisfaction
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet project timetables
  9. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments
  10. Ability to work in multinational environment
  11. Ability to speak with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods
  12. Collaborative approach to people, flexibility, and responsiveness
  13. Travel availability
  14. Demonstration of in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
