What You’ll Do:
  1. Assign new Job numbers and create files for all executed appraisal/consulting agreements. Verify required documents per CBRE's policies and distribute job detail information to professionals.
  2. Enter all job detail information into the company’s database according to the organization’s guidelines and procedures. Assist in obtaining appropriate signatures/approvals and transferring all financial information to Transaction Accounting for further processing.
  3. Create deal files and verify required documents per CBRE's policies and Real Estate guidelines by completing the Deal File Checklist.
  4. Manage the trust accounts (where applicable) for earnest monies including processing deposits and issuing checks per the respective state’s rules and requirements.
  5. Assist Transaction Accounting in the process of collection and distribution of client’s commission payments.
  6. Provide customer service to sales professionals.
  7. Assist Transaction Accounting in obtaining necessary verifications of various contingencies in order to adhere to the company’s revenue recognition policies.
  8. Issue invoices to clients and collect AR outstanding.
  9. Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Need:
  • Post secondary education in Business Administration preferred
  • 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • High level of organizational skills
  • File/document management experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal group.
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
