Responsibilities
- Plan and execute complex accounting and reporting tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide essential financial information
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Contribute to external financial disclosures
- Analyze financial data on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Research and assess the impact of significant financial transactions
- Identify inconsistencies in data and recommend solutions
- Continuously improve reporting processes and implement improvements
- Ensure all reporting adheres to relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Respond to inquiries from auditors and internal reviewers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. CPA designation
- 3+ years of practical experience in a relevant accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and potential issues
