Notre équipe d’expériences immersives est à la recherche d’un directeur ou d’une directrice de technique visionnaire et détenant une solide expérience. Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous superviserez l’ensemble du processus de production, assurant ainsi la fluidité d’exécution des expériences immersives, du concept à la réalisation. Responsabilités :

Stratégie de production :

  • Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et gérer des systèmes audiovisuels avancés, y compris des installations AR/VR et des médias interactifs, en veillant à l'intégration transparente du matériel et des logiciels.
  • Créer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de production complète pour les expériences immersives, en s'alignant sur la vision et les objectifs créatifs de l'entreprise.

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Technical Director to lead the technical development of our immersive experiences. You will oversee the production process, ensuring the seamless execution of immersive experiences from concept to realization. Your leadership, production expertise and project management skills will be instrumental in creating captivating and unforgettable journeys for our audiences.

Responsibilities:

Production Strategy:

  • Design, implement, and manage advanced AV systems, including AR/VR setups and interactive media, ensuring seamless hardware and software integration.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive production strategy for immersive experiences, aligning with the company's creative vision and objectives.
  • Develop project timelines, manage resources, and ensure delivery of projects on schedule and within budget.

Project Oversight:

  • Oversee all technical aspects of immersive experience production, including set design, technology integration, special effects, hardware & software solutions to ensure seamless functionality across the experience.
  • Oversee the setup and teardown of events, ensuring timely execution and resolution of technical challenges for smooth operations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor technical & production teams while collaborating with clients to deliver tailored AV solutions and ongoing support.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, encouraging creativity and excellence.

Resource Management:

  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source necessary materials and services.
  • Create and manage production budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial transparency.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain high production quality standards throughout the entire process.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure excellence in design and execution.

Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure that all aspects of production adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Implement risk management protocols to mitigate potential hazards.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and open communication channels within the production team and with other departments.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theater Production, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in immersive experience production, including a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical and aspects of immersive experiences and/or theatre production.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards in immersive experiences.
  • Bilingual French/English
